College Credit Plus (CCP) Application

Students interested in taking classes from Muskingum University through Ohio’s College Credit Plus program must submit the following materials:

Some courses may require additional testing, even for returning College Credit Plus students who wish to take classes in a new subject area.

Admission to the College Credit Plus program is based on a holistic review of each applicant’s academic record, with particular attention to the student’s readiness for college-level work in the courses they intend to take.

Any student wishing to enroll in any college course under the College Credit Plus program must complete this questionnaire. A student eligible to participate in College Credit Plus and admitted to a college/university will enroll in actual college courses, which may include “mature subject matter” as defined in Ohio Revised Code 3365.035.
