Summer Music Theater Camp

Application Details

At our High School Summer Music Theater Camp, students will learn to sing, act, and dance while building confidence and meaningful connections with fellow performers. Through hands-on training, campers will hone their skills, explore their creativity, and grow both on and off the stage. Guided by an incredible staff of experienced educators and artists, students will be supported and inspired in a fun, collaborative environment where their passion for music theater can truly shine. 

Wondering what to expect during the week? Campers will work and perform in various music theater scenes, are given a 30 minute private lesson with an experienced staff member, attend master classes on performance and vocal wellness and participate in theater techniques and improv games. Each evening includes a fun group activity such as square dancing, a scavenger hunt and a movie night! All of the work during the week will culminate in a variety show performed on Saturday in Caldwell Hall at 2:30 p.m.

What do you need for this application? The student and parent/guardian need to complete the information fully, as well as submit a letter of recommendation (preferably from a teacher), as well as Youtube links to two vocal selections performed by the student. Pro-tip: Submit contrasting vocal pieces. Perform roughly 32 measures of each song. Make your videos as professional as possible. Introduce yourself before you sing by saying your name and the song selection. 

Please note that space in the camp is limited. Applicants who are not initially accepted will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available. Cost: Resident camper $675, Commuter camper $575
Application Fee: $25 (non-refundable)

Half of payment due: Friday May 1, 2026
Full payment due: Friday May 15, 2026
